Terms of use
The agreement between you and Farahna: what we provide, what is on you, and the limits of our liability.

The service
Farahna gives you a tool to build a digital invitation page at your own link, share it with your guests, and receive their RSVPs and wishes.
Designing and previewing are entirely free and unlimited. Publishing is what requires a plan, or the free 24-hour trial.
Plans and pricing
Current prices are shown on the pricing page and that page is the reference. If we change a price, plans already purchased are unaffected.
Inside Egypt prices are in Egyptian pounds. Outside Egypt prices are in US dollars, shown to you converted into your local currency at checkout — the amount you are charged is the one displayed before you confirm.
Bloom: your link stays live for 6 months from activation. Bliss: your link stays live for one year from activation.
Forever: your link stays live for life, meaning we set no expiry on it. This is tied to the service continuing to operate; if it ever ceased, prepaid unused time would be handled under applicable consumer law.
Free trial: once per invitation, 24 hours, without RSVP or guest wishes, and with the Farahna badge on the invitation.
Payment and activation
Inside Egypt: a transfer to a wallet or via InstaPay. You upload a screenshot of the receipt and enter the number you sent from, and a member of our team reviews the transfer personally.
On your first purchase your invitation goes live immediately after you upload the receipt, and review happens afterwards. If the receipt turns out to be invalid we take the invitation offline and tell you why — your content stays fully saved.
Outside Egypt: card payment (Visa/Mastercard) through a secure payment link we send you on WhatsApp, and your plan activates once the payment arrives.
We never see or store your card details at any point — you enter them directly on the payment provider's page.
Any transfer fees are yours to bear.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you put in your invitation: text, images and music.
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
On music: choosing a song means you take responsibility for using it in your own invitation.
Your account is your responsibility — keep your password safe and do not share it.
Limits of our liability
We do our part to keep the service running continuously, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.
Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you actually paid us for your plan.
We are not liable for indirect loss, for your guests' content, or for anything outside our control.
Termination
You may leave at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend an account used for unlawful content or an attempt to defraud payment, and we will tell you why.
