We promise a 7-day money-back guarantee at checkout. This page is that promise, written down and binding.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the service is not right for you, message us within 7 days of payment and we refund you in full, no questions asked.

There are no hidden conditions: we do not ask why, and we do not require that you have not published.

How to request a refund

Message us on Messenger (فرحنا - Farahna) or email support@farahna.app with your registered phone number or your invitation link.

We refund to the same wallet or InstaPay account you paid from, within 3 business days of approving the request.

Any transfer fees charged by your bank or wallet are outside our control.

After the 7 days

After 7 days there is no automatic refund, but if a technical problem stopped you from using what you paid for, message us — we will fix it or refund you.

This is a commitment we keep, not boilerplate.
